Short-fingered vulgarian?
I know that's what SPY used to call Donald Trump, but I wanted to use it again. Take a look at Chuckles' fingers in the photo below. Are they stunted? Or is it just me (who thinks they're stunted, not that I'm stunted)? CLICK THE PHOTO TO ENLARGE

Looks kind of swollen to me. Like he has poor circulation or something. Hope he's keeping up with his physicals.
